What happens if I have a different Insurance Provider?

You maybe able to utilize your Out of Network benefits depending on your insurance plan. This means you pay for the services up front and then maybe reimbursed for some or all of the expense depending on your insurance plan on benefits. Want additional help with Out of Network Benefits?

How do I know what my insurance plan covers?

You can contact your insurance plan for the most accurate and up-to-date information. You can contact your insurance provider by going on their website or calling the member number on the back of your insurance card. If you need help with this process, please reach out.

what if  I don't want to contact my insurance company? 

Some clients choose not to contact their insurance company. SeaGlass Counseling does not charge for services before receiving the EOB (explanation of benefits) back from the insurance as a courtesy to our clients, so if you would prefer to "wait and see" what the cost is, you are welcome to do that and SeaGlass Counseling will charge your credit card on file and end you an invoice.
